Santa is available for Commercial Events, Corporate Events, Advertising, Community Events, Home visits, Hospital visitations, Parades & Photo Shoots.
Even Santa has expenses. With the price of Reindeer feed going up, Elves wanting an increased cookie allowance and maintaining and modernizing the toy factory. Santa has established the following fees for the 2024 season.
While there are exceptions to every rule…
Home/Farm Visitations are $50.00 for 1/2 hour visit. Christmas Eve rate is $100.00 per 1/2 hour. Santa Hap is not available for visits on Christmas Day. Special rates may be available, please contact Santa Hap for further information.
Community Events are $150 per hour. Special pricing or volunteer services may be available for some community and charity events, please contact Santa Hap and request a quote.
Advertising appearance/Photo shoots – Local photo shoots are $100 per hour. Four hour minimum. Eight hour maximum. Travel fee may apply, TBD. Fifteen minute break every two hours. (Note: will consider partial exchange for publicity photo package.)
Hospital/Hospice visitations (available year round). No fees apply/charged.
Commercial and Corporate Events are $250.00 per hour through Saturday Dec 19th.
From Dec 20 through Dec 23rd Corporate events are $300.00 per hour.
Christmas Eve – $400.00 per hour.
Parade fees to be arranged. Transportation must be provided for the parade as well as return transportation to staging area.
Santa Hap does not do events on Christmas Day
